We marked  the International Philosophy Day with a special event at our main branch in Tel Aviv, an “Urban Retreat – Return to the center”. Through experiential workshops of martial arts, healing, symbols, painting, acting and movement, we tried to understand together whether it is possible to find peace and center in the great noise and movement of our life, and how to practice it. We talked about what strengthens our consciousness and our ability to be mindful and present to the here and now and what weakens our consciousness and prevents us from being present and alert to the here and now. 5z4k43
