“Be prepared to help others” was the central theme of a camp organised at the end of April in Belgium. Inner and outer preparation is key to remain calm in difficult situations and with strength and serenity we can help when needed. Practicing search and rescue techniques allowed us to take a first step towards this aspiration to make a difference during a crisis. Knowing our strengths and weaknesses not only helps oneself, but also allows us to be a better team member and therefore participate in making a stronger team. 1wl3h
