Volunteers of New Acropolis Quetzaltenango organized an excursion to the Chicabal volcano and lagoon, with participants from Guatemala City, Huehuetenango and Quetzaltenango. In addition to a physical and psychological experience, it was a great way to recharge by being in with nature and practicing yoga on the lagoon beach. We discovered the historical, mythical and mystical aspects of the volcano, and identified the altars of the Mayan nahuales on the shore. A whole experience in self-knowledge and fraternity. q6c2h
