This trip’s main goal was to meet another small piece of the Cypriot Nature, as “unless you get to know something you cannot love it”.

The Avakas Gorge’s height varies from 45 meters at its start to 150 meters in some inner sections. It has flowing water all year long, as river Avgas es right through it, which is the main contributor for the creation and conservation of its lush vegetation.
